Concept Sketch for EX 2

bike

In 2014 I started experimenting with electric bicycles building a half a dozen variants. The picture is of the 3rd two wheel drive ebike using a fs mountain bike frame, note I used a ridged chromoly front fork as the motor torque had already broken a Judy fork on another bike.

The bike had a bfb at 36volts and 8AH, two controllers and a peppy front hub motor and a cheap rear hub. The bike proved my theory that performance in a number of areas was increased by adding second motor to the platform.

This led to 4 versions of two wheel drive ebikes. With the last being a very fast fs ebike with a front suspension fork and a much better shock on a Phantom mountain bike configured for the road. It has a 52volt power system and very good low wind rear hub that has regenerative charging enabled.
